FAQs

Straightforward answers about our services, sessions, and what to expect.

What types of conditions do you treat?

Many people come to us with shoulder, knee, hip, or back pain from lifting and running as well as overuse injuries, ankle sprains, post-op rehab, and ACL recovery. If pain is affecting your training or sport, there's a good chance we can help you build a plan of care around it.

Do you take insurance?

We are a cash-based practice, which means we work directly with you, no insurance middleman, no surprise billing. We accept cash, credit card (paid in full or installments), and HSA/FSA. We can also provide a superbill if you want to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your provider.

Can I keep training while I'm in PT?

That's usually the goal. Our approach is built around keeping you active and training as much as safely possible throughout your plan of care. We're not in the business of telling athletes to stop moving, we're here to help you figure out what to adjust and how to keep progressing.

What does a typical session look like?

Every session is 55 minutes, 1:1 with your clinician, no techs or aides. You'll get hands-on care, movement work, and guidance that's specific to your goals and your plan of care. No waiting rooms. No being handed off to an aide halfway through.

Do you offer remote or telehealth options?

Yes. We offer telehealth sessions for those who can't make it in person, as well as remote and hybrid programming options for strength training and injury prevention. It's a flexible way to stay connected to your plan of care regardless of your schedule or location.
