Injury Doesn't Just Hurt—It Derails Your Lifestyle
You're not looking for rest and ice. You need a plan to get back to what you love.

Your Training Is On Hold
Every missed workout feels like lost progress. The gym becomes frustrating, running makes things worse, and you're stuck watching from the sidelines.

Generic PT Isn't Cutting It
You've tried the standard approach—shared appointments, cookie-cutter exercises, and therapists who don't understand your athletic goals or lifestyle demands.

You're Worried It'll Happen Again
Even when the pain fades, the fear lingers. Without addressing the root cause, you're one workout away from being right back where you started.

Marc A.
"For many years, I believed that chronic pain and limited mobility in my right shoulder were simply a part of my life. That perspective changed entirely when my CrossFit gym hosted a workshop led by Dr. Dylan Lange. What truly sets Dr. Lange apart is how tailor-fit the program was. He didn't offer generic advice; he addressed my specific concerns directly with clear, actionable programming designed to rehab my shoulder."
Dawn G.
"Working with Dylan was great - I've seen many PTs before for various injuries, but he really has a refreshing approach that changed how I think about pain in my body for the better. He is very passionate and knowledgeable, a great listener, and has a solid system for assigning exercises and tracking progress. I'll definitely be back the next time I have a challenging flare up."
Kathryn L.
"Dylan was an absolute miracle-worker with my strained rotator cuff! He was the perfect balance of meeting me where I was, but also pushing me just enough. He is so well-versed with his medical knowledge, but has a unique ability to explain things in plain english. I genuinely enjoyed my sessions with him and healed in a very reasonable amount of time. Can't recommend enough!!"
